1. What is HEXFAST?

HEXFAST is a VPN utility app that helps users create a private network connection.

2. Do I need to create an account?

No. HEXFAST does not require a separate username or password. The app creates an anonymous app session automatically when you launch it.

3. How do I start using the app?

4. How are subscriptions handled?

Subscriptions are provided through Apple's In-App Purchase system. In TestFlight and App Review, purchases use Apple's sandbox environment and do not create real charges.

5. How do I restore purchases?

Open the More tab and tap Restore Purchases. This asks Apple to re-check your subscription status for the current Apple Account.

6. Why might plans or subscription status take a moment to appear?

The app may need a few seconds to refresh product information, restore subscription state, or load server information after launch or after a purchase. If needed, wait briefly and try again.

7. Why might I be unable to connect right away?

8. Does the app require a reviewer login?

No reviewer account, username, or password is required to open or evaluate the app.

9. Does HEXFAST collect browsing history or VPN traffic content?

No. HEXFAST does not sell, use, or disclose VPN traffic data, browsing history, or DNS query contents. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
