1. VPN Traffic Data
HEXFAST does not sell, use, or disclose VPN traffic data, browsing history, DNS query contents, or network activity to third parties for any purpose.
HEXFAST does not use VPN traffic data for advertising, user profiling, or tracking users across apps or websites.
2. Information We Process to Provide the Service
The App may create a device-scoped anonymous identifier. We use this identifier to maintain the app session, restore subscription access, prevent duplicate device records, and help customer support identify a device when you provide the displayed Device number.
We process Apple in-app purchase transaction information, such as product ID, transaction ID, original transaction ID, subscription status, expiration date, and related StoreKit subscription data. This information is used only to validate purchases, restore purchases, and provide subscription access.
We may process limited operational logs, such as request time, API endpoint, response status, IP address, and user agent, for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
The App does not require a separate username or password. We do not intentionally collect your name, phone number, mailing address, contacts, photos, precise location, browsing history, search history, or the content of your communications.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and maintain the VPN service.
- Create and maintain your anonymous app session.
- Validate subscription purchases and restore purchases across devices.
- Synchronize subscription access with our servers.
- Provide customer support when you contact us.
- Monitor service reliability, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments and subscriptions are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide transaction identifiers and subscription status information that we use to validate subscription access.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share VPN traffic data, browsing history, DNS query contents, or network activity with third parties.
We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, monitoring, and subscription status processing. These providers may process limited operational information only as needed to operate and secure the service.
7. Data Retention
We retain anonymous account, device, and subscription records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, restore purchases, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Your Choices
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. You can also contact us for support regarding your app account or device record.
11. International Use
Your information may be processed on servers located in countries or regions other than where you live. By using HEXFAST, you understand that information may be processed in those locations.
