These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HexFast ("HexFast", "we", "us", or "our"), including the HexFast mobile application and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using HexFast, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service.
2. Service Description
HexFast is a VPN utility app that uses Apple's Network Extension framework to create a user-authorized VPN connection. The service is provided for lawful personal use and is available only where permitted by applicable law.
3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of HexFast, including laws in your location and any location where you use the service. You must not use HexFast where VPN services are restricted or prohibited unless you have the legal right to do so.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
HexFast offers auto-renewable subscription plans through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Free Trials and Promotions
We may offer free trials, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers. Trial and promotional terms will be presented in the app or by Apple at the time of signup. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial may convert into a paid subscription according to the offer terms.
6. Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. To request a refund or report a billing issue, visit Apple's support resources or use reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HexFast to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe the rights of others.
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to networks, systems, or accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or related infrastructure.
- Abuse, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
8. Service Availability
HexFast is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. Network speed, availability, and performance may vary based on location, device, network conditions, server load, and other factors outside our control.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using HexFast, you agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Account and Device Access
HexFast may create an anonymous app session and device-scoped identifier to provide the service, restore subscription access, and support customer service. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to HexFast if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created security risk, engaged in fraud, or used the service unlawfully.
12. Intellectual Property
HexFast, including the app, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any HexFast intellectual property.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexFast is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HexFast and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and make the revised Terms available at this page. Your continued use of HexFast after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
